Each class begins with a warm up, followed by boxing, functional training, abdominal exercises, weight training, general fitness and lastly stretching. A variety of equipment is utilized in the hour session.
Fight Club SA offers a unique benefit of flexible workout times. As a member, you can attend the session that suits your schedule, and change it from week to week (limited to the session time and respective package).
Private classes begin with a warm up followed by an hour of focused training in one or many disciplines offered. These include, MMA, Muay Thai, Boxing and Kick boxing. Stretching ends off the hour training session. Private classes allow the trainer to focus on your particular objectives and achieve them.
